Salesforce Associates:

In this role, you will acquire the skills necessary to become a trusted technical consultant to our customers. By working closely with our experienced and welcoming Salesforce technical team you will be set on a development path to excel your career.

Must have:

• Computer science background with a keen interest in developing Salesforce experience
• Basic knowledge of OOP principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss solutions with technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to continually expand your knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and cloud-based technologies
• A team player with a passion for technology.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform (e.g. Trailhead modules).
• Hands on experience with Java, JavaScript or any other technology.

Please Note:

• Associates will be selected on basis of personal interview and Assessments.
• Associates will have to work for organization for minimum 6 months to get their experience certificates.
• There will be evaluation after 6 months on basis of which the candidates will be considered for job offers.
• Associates who don’t clear their initial assessment can enroll for paid training for 6 months.

Sales/Marketing Associates:

• Looking for the candidate having good knowledge of business development and related activities for the company’s products & Services starting from generation of leads either by tele calling or Cold Call, account mining, marketing strategy, cold calling and client relationship.
• Looking for the candidate having good knowledge of channel sales or distribution sales etc for Software Solution Sales and interested to take up the challenge of corporate sales, can be a direct fit for us.
• Looking for the Candidate who can generate new businesses from clients and to develop high standard of customer relationships with present as well as new clients .
• Should have computer proficiency (spreadsheet, presentation tools, etc) and experience is writing MIS reports, sales presentations etc .
• Should be Excellent in analytical and Communication skill and Presentation Skills.
• Experience Should be : 0 Years to 2 Years preferable in CTI Solution/Telecom Software Solution/IT &ITes sales with good business acumen
• Location will be Noida/Jaipur
• Qualification:MBA (Sales &Marketing) i.e. somebody who has Sales & Marketing experience of Software Solution Sales.
• Salary Package : 10 K to 20K depending on experience
• Work Timing: – Work from Office
• Should have the flexibility to travel whenever the assignment requires
